TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
The tour prices will be arranged by request according to the client’s needs and budget. The program contracts and service agreements become valid upon Inside Ethiopia Tours confirmation of the booking via e-mail, telephone, fax or letter.
A deposit of 15% or 35% (if there are flight bookings in the package) of the total amount is required at the time of the tour booking. The remaining amount will be charged on the day of arrival or before starting the tour.
If the booking payment has not been received, Inside Ethiopia Tours is not obligated to accept the client services or conduct the tour unless prior arrangements are made.
Payment can be done through Paypal, bank transfer, traveler cheque or in cash. Other methods of payment can be discussed with the client.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations will be subjected to the loss of the booking deposit depending on the notice time:
- more than 30 days notice before the tour starts: the customer will receive the deposit back with a penalty of 65USD/ per person
- 15 to 30 days notice before the tour starts: the customer will receive 50% of the deposit back
- less than 15 days notice before the tour starts: forfeiture of the entire booking deposit
TRANSPORT AND ACCOMMODATION
The booking of the rooms in hotels will be subject to the clients preference and budget according to availability.
Regarding the transportation, Inside Ethiopia Tours have a fleet of different means of transport (4x4 cars, coasters, minibuses, etc.) available to meet the different needs of groups and individuals. Inside Ethiopia Tours will always advise you what kind of transportation is more convenient for your tour according to your budget, destination or availability in order to offer you a nice and comfortable journey.
Inside Ethiopia Tours liability to passengers transported in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of Ethiopia, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, Inside Ethiopia Tours accepts no liability or responsibility for loss or damage of any personal effects.
Inside Ethiopia Tours will use its best efforts to assist our clients in dealing with third parties such as hotels, airlines and other transport companies and travel agents. However, Inside Ethiopia Tours cannot be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death, acts of God or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by a third party.
We may not be held responsible for the amendment of rates that occur beyond the control of our agency or changes/alterations to the agreed program which are requested by the client.
