Biniyam Ayaliew Kassaye, the founder of Inside Ethiopia Tours, was born in Lalibela, a place where the famous rock-hewn churches have welcomed travelers from around the world for centuries. Growing up among these ancient monuments, he watched visitors arrive in his hometown and listened closely to their questions. That early curiosity would go on to shape the rest of his life. Biniyam went on to study Hotel and Management in Addis Ababa, then spent several formative years living in the United States and in Spain. Those years gave him a global perspective on hospitality and a clearer view of the gap between the Ethiopia described in guidebooks and the living, breathing Ethiopia he had grown up in. He returned home to build something different. Inside Ethiopia Tours offers travellers not simply a trip, but genuine access to the people, the landscapes, the traditions, and the stories that most visitors never reach.
