    *Please note that discounted fares (around 60% off) are available if the traveller is flying the international sector (in or out) by Ethiopian Airlines or if he/she is a holder of one of the following documents: Ethiopian passport, Ethiopian renewed Kebele ID, Ethiopian Resident Permit or Ethiopian Yellow ID.

    *Please note that the hotel standards in Ethiopia differ significantly in comparison with other more developed countries. Inside Ethiopia Tours will provide you with different options according to your budget. If you are planning to camp, keep in mind that June to September is the rainy season in Ethiopia and therefore camping becomes challenging in some areas such as the Simien or Bale Mountains National Parks. You can also choose to contribute to the local communities by choosing eco-lodges or private houses in some areas such as the surroundings of Lalibela. This option will allow you to contribute directly with the locals while experiencing the real Ethiopian culture and lifestyles.

    7. What kind of room do you need us to book?

    *Please note that most hotels in Ethiopia do not allow people from the same sex to share the same bed.

    8. Do you need an escorting guide?

    *If you speak and understand English fluently, we advise you to travel to Ethiopia using the services of local English speaking guides. We only work with professional and experienced guides. However, if you require an escorting guide who speaks a different language, please note that you will have to cover their daily allowance (around $70) to divide among all the travellers in the group. Furthermore, if the tour package includes domestic flights, the traveller will also assume this cost and if the number of people in the 4x4 is above three, we will have to provide an extra car.
